NOTICE: New iPay System
Central Bank is excited to announce our new iPay system to make paying bills better, easier, and more convenient than ever, giving you more freedom to enjoy life!
On Friday, April 6th we will begin the process of upgrading our bill pay system to iPay. That afternoon the bill pay site will NOT be accessible as we begin the conversion and upgrade process. Trying to access the bill pay tab will result in an error message; “Your request cannot be completed at this time because you are not currently enrolled for Bill Payment.”
On Monday morning April 9th at 7:00am Central time the new ipay will be live. Here is what you can expect when you access iPay that morning:
● You are prompted to answer a challenge phrase the first time you log on to your upgraded account.
● All of your payees and any scheduled payments automatically carry over to the new system
This upgrade should not disrupt your service. In fact, we are making the entire upgrade as simple and seamless as possible for you.
